I am currently recruiting for one of my clients who, due to the growth of the business are looking for an additional team member to work within their Customer Excellence team. This is an opportunity not to be missed. If you would like to hear more than please read on......

Duties and responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for all customers
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries via live chat, email and over the telephone
  • Processing customer orders
  • Arranging for orders to be delivered in a timely manner
  • Chasing orders and updating customers on their order status
  • Adhering to all customer agreed Service level agreements
  • Adhoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • High level of accuracy
  • Order processing experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Happy to be part of a team, self-motivated
  • A good communicator and relationship-builder with colleagues and customers
  • Experience working against KPI's is advantageous
  • Experience in a sales driven environment is advantageous
