Description
- Ensure all areas of the property are clean, hygienic and tidy.
- Prepare nutritious and tasteful meals for tenants.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during cleaning and cooking processes.
- Report any damages or repairs needed within the property.
- Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Respond to tenant queries related to cleaning or cooking.
- Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support team to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in property team meetings and contribute to improvement strategies.
