A fantastic opportunity had arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to work for this Bradford based long established law firm in their city centre office. You will be working closely with an experienced Conveyancer supporting them with all aspects of the Conveyancing. Duties will include:
- Assisting in the progression of transactional conveyancing sales and purchases
- Undertaking searches using the land registry portal
- Preparation of emails and documents
- Dealing with enquiries, liaising with estate agents and solicitors
