I am looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a team of award-winning economists providing top-tier macroeconomic, financial market, and sectoral analysis to some of the world's most prestigious clients including HSBC, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan.
Role Overview:
You will manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of mid-tier clients, developing strong relationships to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities. You'll leverage your consultative approach, expert communication, and proactive engagement to create and sustain valuable client partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of mid-tier accounts and renew subscriptions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through a consultative approach.
- Identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks proactively.
- Conduct video and face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Network within client organisations to create new business opportunities.
Ideal candidate:
- Graduate or graduate calibre with a personable and engaging demeanour.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organisational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
