Executive Assistant to CFO

This company is an international manufacturing business listed on the FTSE250 index. While their operations span the globe, their UK HQ is located in central London. The company is in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on an interim basis and provide support to a member of their C-Suite team.

Your new role
As an EA at this level the duties of the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsibility for diary and email management,
  • Coordinate and organise business and team meetings,
  • Production of presentations, reports and meeting agendas,
  • Arrangement and co-ordination of business travel,
  • Provide end to end purchasing and expense management support
  • Lead and assist in project-based workflow where required,
  • Liaise with the internal EA team and the wider network.

What you'll need to succeed
The client has outlined that prior experience as an EA supporting at a senior level (eg C-Suite, VP, etc) within an international business is a necessity.
