  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-4pm or 8.30am-4.30pm)

We are seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented Receptionist for a professional services firm with stunning offices in the heart of Liverpool. This temporary role offers an immediate start with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. You will be working alongside another team member, providing essential support at the reception.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering all incoming calls professionally, taking and passing on messages accurately.
  • Greeting guests onsite and providing a warm welcome.
  • Offering refreshments to visitors and staff.
  • Assisting in the setup of meeting rooms for various events and meetings.
  • Handling additional administrative tasks across various departments as required.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Providing general facilities support and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in administration and IT skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
