Sales Support Executive
Manchester
£25,000 per annum + commission
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join our client in their central Manchester offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales or sales support experience who is looking for their next challenge.
The role is hybrid (4 days a week on site with flexible shift patterns) so successful candidates will need to be able to travel to the Manchester site.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Support Executive -
- Support the sales team by helping to create proposals, presentations and written quotations
- Deal with inbound client queries via Salesforce
- Use client data to help drive retention.
- Ensure any complaints are handled quickly and effectively
What experience we're looking for -
- Previous sales, upselling or contact centre experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Great problem solving skills
- Computer literate as you'll be using several in house systems
