Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative / Service Support Coordinator for our client based in Braintree, Essex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager on delivering excellent customer service, conducting the transactional side of the business, with detailed interaction with internal systems to log and progress work through the system, providing reporting and first line query resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Managing quotations
- Organising collections from businesses
- Managing and processing client requests
- Maintaining strong, timely communication with customers
- Generating complex quotations for new and existing clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for issue resolutions, escalating as necessary
- Preparing reports
- Collaborating with other internal teams
- Conducting meetings and annual reviews
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Experience/Confidence in dealing with customers and managing queries in a professional and polite manner
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple customers
- Experience and confidence in dealing with customers, managing queries in a professional and polite manner
- Capable of working on various I.T platforms with Good Excel skills
Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700, 35 hours per week.
In return our client offers a salary of £25,615 per annum, modern office facilities, and hybrid working after completion of training period.
