Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative MFL teacher to deliver high-quality language instruction. The successful candidate will inspire students to achieve their full potential and develop a deep appreciation for languages and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the MFL curriculum.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and language-related events.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching Languages at secondary level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable:

  • Experience with exam preparation and assessment.
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in language teaching.
  • Ability to teach additional languages.
