Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative MFL teacher to deliver high-quality language instruction. The successful candidate will inspire students to achieve their full potential and develop a deep appreciation for languages and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the MFL curriculum.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and language-related events.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Languages at secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable:
- Experience with exam preparation and assessment.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in language teaching.
- Ability to teach additional languages.
