About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Supporting small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supervising students during non-instructional times, such as during breaks and lunchtimes
- Contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role. The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
