About the Job:
Reporting to the CFO, you will provide comprehensive payroll and financial administration support.
Duties will include:
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Compiling payroll data for permanent staff
- Calculating commission payments, mileage deductions, and statutory payments
- Entering payroll information into Sage Payroll, submitting data to HMRC, and uploading payslips
- Generating payroll reports
- Handling payroll accrual calculations
- Assisting with P11d and payroll year-end submissions
- Managing daily banking, purchase ledger, and credit control tasks
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively under pressure. A professional with strong organisational skills, they will demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, and pursuing a relevant qualification is advantageous.
