IT Support Analyst - Real Estate Investments - London, Victoria - £30-36k + 15-20% Bonus
Robert Half have partnered with a real estate investment and management company specialising in the residential, student hospitality, and alternative property sectors. The Company was established over 50 years ago and now employs 150+ people in London with additional operations based overseas.
Due to growth and expansion they're looking to hire an IT Support Analyst.
The Role
The role is a mix of BAU & project work. The focus is to assist the Head of IT with the delivery of the service to the growing user base. It is a front-line role dedicated to the high-quality provision of IT, including technical and administration functions.
Training support will be provided for technical improvements, such as Microsoft Certifications; GDPR and general privacy and security training.
Some of the Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow-up on service tickets registered with the external IT Service Provider (ISP) to ensure tickets are resolved satisfactorily.
- Solve IT issues directly that ISP cannot undertake (mice, keyboards, screens, monitor arms, power, network, printing, desk phones, mobile phones etc).
- Processing new starters and leavers, including equipment provision
- Ensure all meeting room equipment is operational and tidy.
- Prepare quotes for new purchases and then process and track them.
- Working with computers, printers, landline and mobile telecoms.
- Help to administer the Windows environment including Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive and Outlook.
- Assist with the management of core applications.
- Work on project and mobilisation tasks as determined by the Head of IT
Skills & Experiences
- Experience as an IT Support/ IT Service Desk Analyst
- Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency with Office 365 & basic networking knowledge
- Diligent self-starter
- Resourceful and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
Offices based in London Victoria, 4 days in 1 WFH
£30-36k Base Salary + 10-20% Annual Bonus.
