Maintenance Repairs Scheduler

We're helping a friendly community based housing association who are currently looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join their small, but busy team in West Wickham
- You'll be the first point of contact for residents for any maintenance and repair enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Logging jobs on the works system and scheduling repairs and maintenance work with operatives and sub contractors
- Managing labour diaries and liaising with residents if appointments need cancelling or rebooking
- Supporting the Maintenance Manager with admin requests
- Booking cleaning work for new void properties in liaison with letting and sales department
- Welcoming visitors to the building and providing high level of customer service
- Day to day administrative duties including; photocopying, filing of documents, handling post, preparing documents
We're looking for someone with experience in a similar role and ideally you will have managed work schedules for a service or maintenance team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential and you'll have good IT skills working with Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.
