Sales Team Leader
Our client is an award-winning mortgage finance platform, who are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join their established team. You will provide daily oversight and leadership to the sales team, driving sales operations and enhancing client relationships.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and oversee the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Attend events, roadshows, and industry functions alongside the Business Development Manager to promote the brand and expand the network.
- Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams on various projects to enhance service offerings and market presence.
- Conduct quarterly KPI meetings to evaluate performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in managing and nurturing relationships with key brokers and lenders.

- Experience in business finance, with a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage finance landscape.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive and strategic mindset, adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
