We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, dedicated to recruiting the very best staff for the Care Sector.

For Experienced Recruitment Consultants:
- Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,500.
- First-Year Earnings: £28,000 - £31,500 (including commission).
For Entry-Level Candidates (No Recruitment Experience Required):
If you're looking to take your first step into recruitment few agencies will offer more support, training, or a personal mentor to support and guide you throughout your career.?
We're keen to speak to candidates that have experience in sales and/or the care sector who want to bring their knowledge and experience into a new setting.
- Starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year, and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews). First-year on-target earnings up to £27,000 with commission.

Responsibilities include:?
- Visiting new and existing clients at their premises to build a clear picture of their needs within the Care sector
- Conducting face to face interviews with candidates to understand the type of work they are looking for
- Visiting care homes to build relationships with Home Managers and Care Homeowners to understand their business and how recruitment needs to be tailored to suit the needs of their residents and service users
- Regularly speaking with Clients to monitor temporary worker performance
- Provide regular feedback to Carers to ensure high standards are maintained
- Monitoring and identifying safeguarding issues
- Running training sessions to further develop candidates and to ensure clients receive the best workers
- Guiding candidates through a variety of e-learning
- Monitoring candidate availability and matching to clients shift rotas
- Ensuring timesheets are submitted accurately and on time
- Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements
- Generating adverts through a variety of means to attract the best possible candidates
- Conducting right to work checks, reference checking and DBS checks to ensure candidates are legally compliant
- Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values.?

Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
