My Building Services Engineering client are looking for somebody to head up their new Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance and Breakdowns department! We are calling this a Trainee AC Manager position because although you wont be managing a team of people straight away ... You will be responsible for the development + growth of the Air Conditioning department EG Bringing on new team members and training new staff! Whilst also being a hands on Engineer.
The company have AC work ready to go with 90% of their existing clients, and just need an AC Manager to join!!
What's great about this opportunity is the volume of leeway the new Manager has to develop the department and carve their own career!!
What is the day to day if the role:
- - In this Trainee AC Manager position, you will be running the Air conditioning department
- - You'll be set up with existing clients to organize times and HVAC service plans
- - You'll take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
- - Carry out effective communications with the client and administration team
- - You'll carry out said Service, Maintenance, Breakdowns (And little install works- for example when replacing a system) to splits, VRVs, VRFS and more all in commercial settings from offices to retail
- All with the goal of growing the department successfuly!
Requirements:
- - F-gas license is a definite requirement please
- - Experienced in Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance, Breakdowns
- - Enthusiastic + forward thinking nature
