Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

System Development and Maintenance:

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks.

Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability.

Implement data integration processes using ETL tools.

User Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use BI tools and solutions.

Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, processes, and user guides.

Project Management:

Lead and manage BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Work with stakeholders to prioritize and manage BI development requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
