IT Support – Laptop Deployment
Our client is looking for an IT Support contractor to assist in a Laptop Build and deployment. The role will be initially 3 months with a view to extend thereafter.
Inside IR35
5 days per week on site
Key skills/experience
- Previous experience with a Laptop build & rollout
- Microsoft or IBM Certified Professional
- Knowledge of networking and network protocols for basic connectivity testing
- Knowledge of Information Governance and Security and confidentiality issues
- An understanding of the work undertaken by standards bodies such as BSI, CEN, ISO and W3C
- Familiarity with web-based data management
- A good understanding of computers including hardware, networking and Microsoft software environments
- Experience of working in an IT helpdesk environment
- Self starter & motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Customer service driven
- Full car driving licence
