Part-Time Showroom Design & Sales Consultant
Location: West Molesey, Surrey
Salary: £13,000 base + uncapped commission
Hours: Part-Time — Friday & Monday (9:00am-5:15pm) + Saturday (10:00am-3:00pm)
Start Date: ASAP (notice periods considered)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly successful tile and engineered flooring retailer supplying high-end tiles, mosaic, stone, and wood flooring to both residential and commercial projects.
Based in a welcoming, customer-focussed showroom in West Molesey, you'll join a small, friendly team where your creativity, communication skills, and sales experience will truly shine.
The Role:
As a Showroom Design & Sales Consultant, you will:
Deliver design-led sales consultations to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries
Work closely with customers to create beautiful product schemes using a variety of materials, colours, and finishes
Provide expert advice on the company's product range and services
Support the team in achieving sales targets and driving profitability
Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and energy
Note: This is a 100% showroom-based role — no cold calling involved.
What We're Looking For:
A keen interest in interior design and an eye for combining colour, texture, and pattern
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
A confident, well-presented and outgoing personality
Excellent verbal and written communication
A team player with a proactive attitude and target-driven mindset
