Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Lift Tester to join an inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time lift tester role can be based anywhere around London - travelling around the UK. The position comes with a salary of £55,000p/a and excellent benefits.
In your first few weeks in this Lift Tester role, you can expect to:
- Ensure that all new lift installations within our construction portfolio are fully tested and compliant / fit for use
- Provide technical support to other Field Test Engineers across the business
- Train new field test Engineers and Installation Engineers in adjusting/commissioning units
To apply for this Lift Tester role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Extensive experience in Elevator and/or Escalator testing
- Demonstrable knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles and experience in elevator codes and standards applicable to the elevator and escalator industry
- Experience in continuous review and improvement of processes and procedures and quality control to meet operational requirements
