Break-Fix Engineer (Analyst II Infrastructure Services) - Erskine - 6+ month's contract - Daily rate DOE.
Join our team as a Break-Fix Engineer (Analyst II Infrastructure Services) with a leading provider of IT Services and IT Consulting. This role requires 5 days onsite in Erskine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical input, solutions, and recommendations for deal pursuit.
- Engage in and offer support for transition/transformation efforts.
- Monitor service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and customer/internal business/end user requirements.
Requirements:
- Hold current, valid SC clearance.
- Capable and confident in technical, administrative, and operational aspects.
- Engage in the device break-fix process from beginning to end.
- Accountable for conducting repairs on customer equipment such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Identifying and resolving computer-related issues.
- Maintaining repair records utilizing an internal asset and tracking system (TIMS).
- Primarily focused on hardware break/fix (80%), with a foundational understanding of software tools and operating systems for diagnosis, resolution, and installation purposes.
