Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the company's busy inbox.
- Handling all referrals for England and Scotland.
- Identifying children's needs and matching to prospect foster carers.
- Updating the database with new information.
- Liaising with stakeholders and local authorities regularly.
About You:
- Highly confident with proven customer service experience.
- Strong admin skills with incredible attention to detail.
- Confidently able to speak with a range of professionals.
