Reed Accountancy is on the lookout for a reliable and accurate Finance Administrator to join our Banbury-based client's business.
This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their accounts office experience.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Finance Manager and integrate into a welcoming and collaborative small team environment.
The ideal candidate should be readily available and ideally able to commence work within a week.
Key responsibilities
- General invoice processing
- Statement reconciliations
- Monitoring the email inbox; dealing with queries or directing it to the appropriate person for action
- Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
The position is full-time, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and comes with the added benefits of free car parking and attractive modern offices.
