Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a driven marketing individual, well-versed in digital channels to play a crucial role in propelling us into our next evolutionary phase.

In the midst of a period marked by growth and positive transformations, we're aiming to bring in expertise that can help us increase reach further into our target market, position our fantastic service offering and drive lead generation.

As part of our ambitious team, you'll work closely with senior management on strategy whilst shadowing the sales team to understand the market and our solutions-led approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns (i.e. email, blogs, social media)
  • Devising strategies to drive lead generation and increase online traffic to company website
  • Content creation for social media and copy writing for blogs, case studies and other material to increase reach and engagement
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Measuring and reporting performance of assests against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Managing the ongoing development of the company website- improving usability, design, content and conversion
  • Executing on budgetary spend across all marketing
  • Collaboration with and management of external stakeholders, agencies and other partners
  • Ad-hoc graphic design tasks including updating and designing sales collateral and presentation decks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A rounded marketing background with hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven success working within a sales and lead generation focused environment
  • Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canve etc
  • An understanding of PPC and SEO management
  • Ability to use marketing automation tools such as Force24 or HubSpot
  • Excellent written communication skills
