My client is a long established, independent Estate and Lettings Agency, situated in the heart of Cheltenham. They are now looking for someone to join their highly successful team as a Lettings Co-ordinator.You will be working within a genuinely supportive and collaborative team, where delivering first-class customer serviceis paramount.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Co-ordinator:
- Supporting the day-to-day rental operation
- Managing initial enquiries, scheduling viewings, processing applications
- Co-ordinating contracts, right-to-rent checks, and maintaining accurate database records.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and other third parties
- Diary and inbox management
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Lettings Co-ordinator:
- First-class written and spoken English
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Full UK driving licence and use of appropriate car
