Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Temporary)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will assist with the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations and deductions.
- Maintain employee records and update payroll information as necessary.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
- Assist with the reconciliation of payroll accounts and reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding payroll processing.
- Support the preparation of payroll-related reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll processing or administration is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations is a plus.
