We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our committed schools in Warrington. Our schools focus on providing children with a strong educational foundation.
Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial part in students' learning. You will assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and help ensure student engagement and progress. This position is incredibly rewarding, and while prior experience is preferred, it is not essential.
We are looking for a dynamic and confident team player to help every student achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Communicating effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Adapting support strategies to meet individual student needs
