Our client, a well-known multi-branch international estate agency, is looking for an End of Tenancy Coordinator to join their busy and growing team. This person will be responsible for assisting the lettings division with processing notices from tenants and landlords and ensuring all processes are completed in a timely manner.
They are looking for someone with around 12 months of experience in lettings or tenancy administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end of tenancy notices from tenants and landlords
- Ensure all documentation is processed and filed accordingly
- Liaise with the tenants and landlords for a smooth end of tenancy process
- Ensure that policies and procedures are strictly adhered to and maintained throughout
- Provide reports to senior management on terminations
- Maintain communication with all parties throughout the process to ensure streamlined process
Key Attributes:
- Around 12 months experience in lettings or tenancy administration
- Experience in property management administration will also be considered
- Previous administration and customer service experience desired
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, develop, and get stuck in as part of the team
