Due to the continual growth of the company, a new position in the finance team has opened up.
Your new role
- Client Account Management (UK): Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
- Client Query Resolution: Investigate and promptly respond to client enquiries.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Debt Collection: Proactively follow up with clients to recover overdue debts.
- Financial Transactions Handling: Allocate bank receipts and manage miscellaneous accounts receivable (AR) journals.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Compiling and providing customised reports to clients, supporting billing and facilitating payment of outstanding invoices.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other ad hoc duties as needed.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A successful application will demonstrate previous experience demonstrating brilliant communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and wonderful organisational skills.
- Comfortable with excel.
- Brilliant communication skills, able to work within a team and communicate with stakeholders/ clients.
