The Recruitment Crowd are on the lookout for a talented, driven and passionate individual to lead a beautiful outstanding service as a Residential Home Manager in Doncaster.
Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined Children's Home Registered Manager.
We are looking for someone who knows how to make a house, a home.
This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.
You will take ownership of ofstead requirements which will enable our young people to get their childhood back and create a pathway to become well rounded adults.
You will be actively involved with new referrals, Giving outstanding homes to the young people.
Our young people have social, emotional and mental health needs. You must be resilient, empathetic, have a genuine passion for young people.

Requirements for the opportunity:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Full driving licence- Held for at least 12 months.
- Experience managing a "Good" or "Outstanding" children's home within your recent Ofsted Inspections.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Must be resilient, empathetic, have a genuine passion for young people.
