Are you looking for your next position within Credit Control?

Working for a well established, financial services company based in South Manchester, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a small team. Providing support to a portfolio of clients on a business to business basis to ensure that the collections process is carried out effectively. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to thrive in a close knit team, paying up to £32K working full time, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours.

What will you be doing as a Credit Controller?

  • Performing a collection service in both written and verbal form as required, in line with the company policy.
  • Provide regular and full debtor feedback reports to the clients as required.
  • Running an acceptable diary follow-up system, accessible by other staff and to maintain full and proper notes on debtor accounts.
  • Monitoring debtor contact details, trading styles and addresses on C3 for accuracy.
  • Monitoring and managing all queries / disputes on the portfolio, notifying both the client Manager and the client as required, and disapproving invoices for all types of perceived risk.
  • Ensuring top ten verifications are performed on the portfolio at least once a month along with ad hoc verification throughout the month

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous credit control experience on b2b basis
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder.
  • Excelling verbal and written communication
  • Confident to communicate at all levels of business.
  • Previous experience in credit control
  • Excellent organisation skills
