Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation? Our client, an innovative company specialising in pensions, are seeking a talented Operations Analyst to join their team.
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient research and finding process for customers. You will have the opportunity to work independently, managing tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end pension finding process
- Regularly communicate with customers to keep them informed of progress
- Conduct independent research
- Conduct outbound calls to providers and employers
- Accurately record and communicate information
- Provide feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in administration is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.
