KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the flow of meeting invitations, prioritising, dealing with frequent changes
- Extensive management of the diary
- Having awareness of working across time zones (Europe, China, USA)
- Issuing meeting invitations on behalf of colleagues
- Booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments as required
- Organisation of departmental conferences & events.
- Assistance with presentation and meeting materials, a confident PowerPoint user.
- Manage all travel arrangements and logistics
- Processing of credit card expenses
- Inbox management
- Take telephone messages and respond to queries promptly
- Liaise with confidently with senior stakeholders
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Liaising with people team to support recruitment, onboarding and people processes.
- Support and execution of events
BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
- Previous PA experience working at senior management level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Luxury / Retail experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- A confident communicator, who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organisational skills
