An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join a dynamic Private Equity Team based in Canary Wharf. This role offers an attractive salary of £28PH and the flexibility of hybrid working, with three days in the office. The successful candidate will have the unique chance to be part of a rapidly growing private investing platform, collaborating with other administrative assistants as needed. This is a six-month contract position with potential for extension.

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant within the Private Equity Team, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the team. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use in scheduling and maintaining calendars, arranging both domestic and international travel, and managing various administrative activities. You'll also handle sensitive information with discretion and assist with executing legal documents. Your ability to manage multiple priorities independently while also being a dependable team player will contribute significantly to your success in this role.

  • Schedule and maintain calendars, coordinating times and handling catering arrangements as needed.
  • Arrange domestic/international travel, including developing detailed agendas and managing any visa requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor expense reports and vendor payments for investment team members.
  • Manage telephone coverage as needed, including responding to inquiries, routing calls, and taking detailed messages.
  • Manage other miscellaneous administrative activities including technology requests, preparing copies, managing supplies, coordinating equipment needs.
  • Provide back-up coverage for admin colleague(s) during planned or unplanned absences from the office.
  • Demonstrate discretion with sensitive information related to firm, team, and/or staff.
  • Assist with executing legal documents to be signed by various team members.

Your educational background up to A-Level or equivalent coupled with your excellent communication skills sets you apart. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role.
