They are seeking a Service Engineer to join the Service Team and could look at Trainee BMS Engineer!!
A lot of their work is commercial buildings but do also look after private hospitals, data centres and a few high-end residential buildings.
Progression is available as this business is expanding organically.
The role of a BMS Service Engineer:
This role includes full hands on training, development and shadowing in the following aspects of the industry:
- Carrying out PPMs on BMS systems across a range of systems and sites
- Fault finding and carry out repairs
- Producing reports including strategy drawings, test results and modification drawings
- Working closely with the coordination teams and the Service Manager
- Work closely with customers and ensure they are happy with the work and to make them aware of the benefits and the savings
- Quoting for replacements of parts
- Being proactive with providing energy solutions and ideas
