Our client is seeking a motivated Event Sales & Marketing Assistant to help drive the growth of their event services by acquiring new corporate clients and supporting marketing efforts. This role offers a blend of sales, event coordination, and marketing tasks within a dynamic team.
Event Sales/Co-ordinator & Marketing Assistant - What Will I Be Doing?
Proactively seek out and secure new corporate clients for events.
- Coordinate all event logistics, from liaising with suppliers to setting up and overseeing events.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including managing social media, creating promotional content, and updating the website.
- Provide general office support, including managing bookings, invoicing, and covering reception as needed.
Event Sales/Co-ordinator & Marketing Assistant - What Experience Do I Need?
- Previous experience in sales, event management, or marketing is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, MailChimp, and Canva is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
