Employment Support Worker - Supported Employment Service (RBWM) Maidenhead, Part-Time - 30 hours per week (Pro rata £19,069)

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays - 9 - 5pm

We will rely on you to support and coach our clients to maintain paid work, work experience, volunteering, and education courses. You will play a key role in identifying and building sustainable relationships with employers, ensuring our clients are able to maximise their independence at work.

With over 23 years' experience, the Optalis Supported Employment Service (SES) helps individuals with Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity achieve their aspirations of employment, travelling independently, volunteering, work experience and education. We have over 200 employer contacts and a high track record of achieving successful employment outcomes for our clients - and we need your help.
