Fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company based in Wakefield who have an urgent requirement for a temporary Administrator - immediate start (could go perm to the right candidate).
You will be working in a small, busy but friendly team providing admin support as well as excellent customer service support.
This role is a varied role so you must have a "can do" attitude (however, system training will be provided)
Office based - 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 p.m.
Main duties:-
- Providing full admin support
- Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and polite manner-Replying to customers via e-mail in a professional and polite manner
- Assisting the Purchasing Manager with products and preparing them for delivery--Data inputting, checking and updating
- Undertake additional admin duties (filing, photocopying, scanning etc)
Person spec:-
-Experience in a similar admin role
-Excellent communication skills verbal/written
-Methodical with a good eye for detail
-Accurate data input skills
-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
-Team player
-Immediately available
Hours of work are 9.00 a.m.- 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday
