Responsibilities:
- Legal Recruitment: Specialise in sourcing and placing high-level legal recruitment consultants for key positions across various industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, understanding their business objectives and talent requirements.
- Candidate Identification and Assessment: Utilise advanced search techniques to identify, evaluate, and engage top-tier talent, ensuring an exceptional fit for both client and candidate.
- Business Development: Drive new business initiatives, expanding the client portfolio and contributing to revenue growth.
- Achieve and Exceed Targets: Set and surpass performance targets, showcasing a relentless commitment to success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years of Recruitment Experience: Proven success in recruiting for legal positions.
- Money Driven: A strong desire for financial success, coupled with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients and candidates.
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage complex assignments, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing targets.
