This company is a global construction business with a large customer base and strong infrastructure in place to continue to increase its finance team.
Your new role
This role will be an Accounts Clerk position where you will be helping look after the Purchase Ledger department as well as general accounts duties too. Some of these include:
- Processing paper and e-invoices and credits onto the COINS accounting system
- Arranging approval for payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes
- Scanning invoice images
- Dealing with telephone and email queries from suppliers and subcontractors and the wider business
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving reconciling items
- Filing and organising paperwork in a timely, efficient, and organised manner
- Giving administrative support where required
What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for someone with previous accounts experience within Purchase Ledger or an Accounts Assistant role so they can really hit the ground running and someone who can work well as part of a team as you will be joining 12 others in the larger finance team. A keen eye for detail and experience with Coins is also a benefit but not essential.
