Role Overview: Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking motivated IVA Insolvency Administrators who are looking to transition into corporate insolvency for a well-established firm in Warrington. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your insolvency expertise and contribute to a dynamic team managing complex corporate cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a variety of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
  • Conduct initial case assessments, gather and analyze financial information, and assist in the preparation of statutory reports.
  • Communicate with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on case progress and addressing inquiries.
  • Prepare and file statutory documentation with relevant authorities in a timely manner.
  • Support the realization of assets by liaising with agents, valuers, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records, ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation and internal procedures.
  • Assist senior team members with more complex aspects of insolvency cases and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Stay informed about changes in insolvency laws and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in IVA insolvency administration.
  • A professional qualification such as CPI is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of insolvency legislation and procedures.
  • Experience using insolvency software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
