Their monthly wellness events are held all across London and the UK - from pioneering health destinations to exclusive member's clubs - giving audiences access to some of the most innovative and inspiring spaces in the country, while opening their eyes to the latest trends and treatments in the world of wellbeing!
THE ROLE
They are now looking for a talented Event Planner to join the team to support in the planning and delivery of their event portfolio.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the end to end event delivery on a range of events
- Logistical support
- Managing venue relationships
- Delegate management
- Coordinating timelines and detailed agendas
- Sourcing & liaison with external suppliers
- Onsite event delivery
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience from within an event organiser, ideally running conferences and expos. You will require a high level of attention to detail and ideally have worked with high end venues and/or VIP attendees. An active interest within the beauty and wellbeing industry would be advantageous.
