HR Administrator

Your new company
Hays are excited to be working with a charity based in Oxford. They are looking for an HR Administrator to support within their small HR team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
Support with training and development goals. This includes organising training events.
Support managers with employee relations matters by note-taking and advising on meeting preparation.
Assisting with the recruitment process from writing adverts to onboarding new starters.
Coordinating new starter inductions and probation reviews.
Assisting with general HR queries.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and UK Employment Law.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Familiar with HR systems and databases.
