Office and Accounts Administrator Foston, Derby £Minimum Wage
My friendly, expanding client have created a brand new role to provide joint support to their Accounts Department and their Sales Support Team. They are a successful Derby based business and this role is the ideal opportunity for a school / college leaver, or a Graduate to grow their career.
Overall Purpose:
To provide administration support to our Accounts and Sales department.
Key Accountabilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Support the sales team with data entry and day to day administration
- Maintain an organised and filing system
- Greet visitors and ensure site visitor paperwork is completed and returned to the Quality and Compliance Manager
- Supporting the Accounts functions in Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Respond to all enquires and tasks in a timely professional manner
- To ensure the effective coordination and distribution of information both internally and externally.
- To support members of the accounts and sales teams to ensure administration is always maintained to a high level.
- Additional administrative and general office duties as requested.
Skills and Experience:
- A recent School / College Leaver or Graduate
- Some commercial / office-based experience would be ideal but not essential.
- IT competency, particularly Word and Excel skills
- Confident and pro-active
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
