Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage a team of care workers, providing support and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous professional development.

Care Planning and Coordination:

Develop and manage individualized care plans for clients, ensuring they are tailored to meet their unique needs.

Coordinate care services, ensuring that all care is delivered in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.

Conduct regular audits and implement improvements to maintain high standards of care.

Handle complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client needs and care plans.

Business Development:

Identify opportunities for growth and development of the care services.

Work with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the business.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Manager Award (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent).
- Proficient in collaborating with local authorities, addressing concerns, and securing necessary approvals and funding.
- Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager or in a similar leadership role within domiciliary care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
