Freelance Estimator / Cost Planner required for immediate interview & start for Tier One contractor
I have an urgent requirement for my Tier One contractor client on a super prime residential project in an affluent area of London. The client have secured the shell & core new build c.£370m and are looking to secure a PCSA for the fit out c.£180m.
They're looking for a Senior Estimator or Cost Planner or even PQS / Commercial Manager who can bring together all the market tested rates from supply chain / subcontractors and pull the data into a Cost Plan to be verified internally.
The role is for an initial 10-12 weeks but could potentially be longer-term or even temp-to-perm if desired as the client is very busy, both in terms of recent project wins as well as pipeline / tenders.
The client shoiuld be able to pay Outside Scope of IR35 / Limited Compnay for this role.
