Description
- Monitor and report on environmental performance
- Coordinate internal environmental audits, including ISO 45001 and ISO 9001
- Develop environmental policies and practices
- Promote and manage sustainable practices
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation
- Liaise with regulatory bodies
- Conduct environmental training sessions
- Manage waste minimisation and pollution prevention initiatives
Profile
A successful Environmental Advisor should have:
- ISO 14001
- A degree in environmental management or chemical engineering
- Chemical/COMAH experience is preferred
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable practices
- Experience in environmental auditing and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in training and development
