The Role

The role of a Tele-Marketer within Crown Workspace is responsible for promoting all services offered with a key-focus on Office Relocation, Systems Relocation & Sustainable Furniture Solutions to both our existing Client Base and New Client Relationships.

What you will do:

  • You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Workplace Consultancy and Office Relocation/ Furniture sectors of our business. This is primarily a non-client facing role that relies on building relationships via telephone/email/online although there will also be opportunities to attend networking and marketing events.

Portal Engagement:

  • Monitor and engage opportunities through external publications. Utilise lead sources including feedback on data generated.
  • Develop Tender/RFP/RFI opportunities for consideration with Head of Divisions and action accordingly.

Research:

  • Research and monitor opportunities for Crown Workspace & Crown Worldwide.
  • Develop a network of third-party consultants aligned to opportunity.

Database Management:

  • Update new and existing client's accounts within the CRM system through regular contact with account contacts.
  • Add relevant information from external sources to CRM system, building history and client intelligence.
