The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director and working on a hybrid /full-time basis, duties and responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include:
- Ensure the monthly management accounts, balance sheet lead schedules and cashflow forecasts are processed and submitted within the agreed client reporting deadlines.
- Attend and lead any Client meetings from a Finance perspective and complete any actions arising.
- Act as a business partner between Finance and other departments to ensure consistent and joined up ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with any statutory returns or accreditation requirements that arise. E.g. Client Money Audit, VAT, DPS.
The Candidate
To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- A qualified Accountant, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or QBE with 5+ years of relevant management accounts experience and team management experience.
- Strong financial, analytical modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable understanding of service charges accounting and reporting.
- Thorough knowledge of finance computer software with Navision preferred.
Salary & Benefits
In return, the successful Finance Manager will receive the following:
- £50,000 - £55,000 base salary
- 26 days holidays + bank holidays
