Our client are a leading manufacturer of non food FMCG products in search of an ambitious National Account Manager to enhance their high performing sales team.

Our client is a large-scale manufacturer within the FMCG sector, with a presence across multiple locations globally. They pride themselves on their innovative approach to manufacturing and their commitment to providing high-quality products.

They are now looking to recruit a National Account Manager.

Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Profile

A successful National Account Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager or National Account Manager.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Offer
